Common Questions
1. The app can't access my camera
Please check your device settings and allow access:
  • iOS: Settings → One Tap Scanner → enable Camera
2. Scans are blurry / low quality
  • Clean the camera lens
  • Ensure good lighting
  • Hold the device steady and keep the document flat
  • Try upgrading to the Pro subscription
3. I can't find my saved scans
Check the Library tab inside the app. If you exported files, also check your Files app or the folder you selected.
4. The app is crashing or freezing
  • Restart the app
  • Restart your device
  • Update to the latest iOS version and the latest app version
If the issue persists, email support with your device model and iOS version.

Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information. One Tap Scanner does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email, phone number, or identifiers for tracking.
Documents and Scans
  • Scans, images, and generated files are created and stored locally on your device.
  • You control if and when you export or share documents using iOS sharing features (for example, saving to Files, sending via email, etc.). Any sharing is initiated by you.
Permissions
The app may request access to:
  • Camera — to scan documents. You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Third-Party Services
One Tap Scanner does not use third-party analytics, tracking, advertising SDKs, or cloud storage services.
Data Retention
Because the app stores data only on your device, retention is controlled by you. You can delete scans at any time inside the app and/or by removing the app from your device.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
